In the Season 2 ending, after defeating the Cult of Diablos, Shadow returned to his own world through a mysterious portal. Later, the studio announced the movie The Eminence in Shadow: Lost Echoes on December 20, 2023. It’s now been almost 2 years and we still haven’t heard any solid updates about the film’s release. The only thing released so far is a teaser trailer (or at least a teaser visual) around the time of the announcement in December 2023. As a fan, I’ve scoured many sources but found nothing new. I’ve watched both seasons twice, waiting for the movie. It had epic moments and left us on a massive cliffhanger — I refuse to believe they’ll cancel it. Fingers crossed.
